Anita Ladhani, LCSW

I often say that I have been on this spiritual journey for lifetimes.
Born in India, a land rich in ancient wisdom, meditation, energy healing, yoga, and spiritual traditions, many of the teachings now commonly referred to as "new age spirituality" have been woven into my life from the very beginning. In many ways, this understanding of energy is part of my heritage, my upbringing, and my soul's path.
I speak the language of energy.
Everything is energy—including our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and experiences. Emotions are simply energy moving through us at different frequencies, and learning how to understand, process, and master our emotional world is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.
My passion is helping people remember who they truly are beneath the conditioning, limiting beliefs, pain, trauma, and life experiences that may have caused them to forget.
I often describe myself as a spiritual farmer.
I plant seeds.
Seeds of awareness.
Seeds of healing.
Seeds of possibility.
My role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to help you remember who you have always been.
I truly believe that regardless of what your journey has looked like up to this point, the best is yet to come.
I invite you to explore the free resources available throughout this website, including guided practices, meditation tools, EFT/Tapping, gratitude exercises, sleep resources, videos, and educational content designed to support your healing and personal growth journey.
You can also find additional teachings and inspiration through my YouTube channel and social media platforms.
Whether through individual sessions, group programs, retreats, workshops, or online content, it is my honor to support others in awakening to their authentic selves and creating lives filled with greater purpose, joy, connection, and meaning.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
With love,
Anita Ladhani, LCSW

Anita Ladhani, LCSW, believes that our experiences shape not only our lives, but also the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses stored within our minds and bodies. While talking about a problem can provide relief, true transformation often requires accessing the subconscious mind, releasing limiting beliefs, and creating new pathways for healing and growth.
For more than 25 years, Anita has been dedicated to helping individuals move beyond emotional pain, trauma, self-limiting patterns, and life challenges so they can reconnect with their authentic selves and live with greater purpose, freedom, and fulfillment.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Anita combines traditional therapeutic training with a wide range of holistic and energetic healing modalities. Her extensive training includes Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), ThetaHealing®, Matrix Energetics, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Emotion Code®, Body Code®, meditation practices, and energy healing.
Anita is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has completed a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat, experiences that have deeply influenced her understanding of mindfulness, consciousness, and personal transformation.
Prior to building her private practice, Anita spent more than a decade working in hospital settings, including inpatient psychiatry and pediatric emergency services, providing psychological evaluations, crisis intervention, trauma support, and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
She is also a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies' Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research Program, reflecting her ongoing commitment to exploring innovative approaches to healing and personal growth.
Today, Anita works with clients locally and around the world, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches with transformational healing practices designed to help individuals release what no longer serves them and step more fully into the lives they are meant to live.
Her philosophy is simple:
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you have always been.
